By accessing and using Mazad ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
4. Auction Rules
- All bids are binding and cannot be retracted
- The highest bidder at auction close wins the item
- Reserve prices may apply to certain items
- Payment must be completed within specified timeframes
- Sellers must accurately describe items
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to manipulate auctions or bidding
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code or viruses
6. Fees and Payments
Auctioneers may be subject to listing fees and commission on successful sales. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mazad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
